These terms govern your use of HelloCashOffers.com (the "Site"), operated by RCA Realty Group ("we," "us"), a licensed real estate brokerage in Florida and Georgia. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What the Site does
The Site lets homeowners request cash offers on residential property in Florida and Georgia. When you submit a request, we gather offers from independent third-party home buyers and present them to you in a comparison. We act as a licensed real estate brokerage. We are not the buyer, and we do not guarantee that any buyer will make an offer, or that any offer will be at any particular price.
Offers are preliminary
Initial offers shown to you are estimates prepared from the property address, public records, and market data. They are not binding on you or on any buyer. Final offers are made by the buyer after its own review of the property and are subject to that buyer's terms, inspections, title review, and underwriting. No sale occurs unless and until you and a buyer sign a written purchase agreement.
No obligation and no fees to you
Requesting offers is free and does not obligate you to sell your property or to accept any offer. If you sell to a buyer we introduce, that buyer or the transaction pays our brokerage compensation; you will not be charged a fee by us for requesting offers. Compensation details for any specific transaction will be disclosed to you in writing before you sign.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner of the property, or are authorized by the owner to request offers on it.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to update us if it changes.
- You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or copy its content, or to interfere with its operation.
Communications
By submitting a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request and related real estate services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Third parties
Buyers in our network, and the platforms we use to prepare your comparison, are independent companies. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or the terms of any offer they make. Any agreement you enter with a buyer is between you and that buyer.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Information on the Site and in your offer comparison is for general informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Consider consulting an attorney or tax professional before selling your property.
Intellectual property
The Site, its content, logos, and design are owned by RCA Realty Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCA Realty Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on any offer or estimate, and our total liability to you will not exceed $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
